By using the app, you will be able to create a trip, upload the receipts to the trip and add a few details to them, then when your back home safely, you can simply send the trip directly to the employers email through the app. It is that simple. The trip will be converted into a pdf and it will automatically calculate the receipts, it will even calculate the different currencies used on the trip. If you use your car for business purposes, and your employer reimburses you for the mileage/kilometers you drive, well the app does that for you too, simply press start when you start driving and stop when you have arrived, the app does the rest. When the time comes, just as with the receipts, you can send the evidence to your employer through the app. All trips will be saved on the app and will be given an identification number. A simple solution to a common struggle.
