Labor Standards Act - Republic of Korea (Republic of Korea - Labor Standards Act. Digital e-book) - This law is also called the Labor Protection Act and is a labor protection law that stipulates the minimum standards of working conditions to guarantee the basic livelihood of workers. It stipulates minimum working conditions regarding wages, working hours, paid leave, safety and hygiene, and accident compensation.
