For employers, QuickBuck provides the tools that facilitate and simplify the hiring process by granting access to a community of potential candidates. As a job seeker, the QuickBuck app enables you to search through a stream of job opportunities near you, all at the reach of your finger tips.

This is all done independently and directly in between users. We believe that hiring is an intimate decision, which algorithms shouldn't partake in. Businesses should have access to a simple method that allows them to review candidates as well as get to know them before making any decision about interviews.
Job Seekers should have the chance to be heard and to present themselves directly to the new team they could potentially be part of, rather than hoping their resume has enough keywords to be noticed by an algorithm that will decide whether they're an adequate candidate or not.
