Queue Central is an Unit of Torch Venture Ltd. The service aims to make booking of services hassle - free, making it convenient for everyone to book appointment with their favorite services. There are many problems and difficulties faced while looking for convenient services, viz-

1. Getting the required service at the required time was a big hassle due to problems in booking the needed service.

2. After the corona virus pandemic, it is justifiable that people do not want to physically stand in a queue or wanting to maintain a social distancing practice in general.

3. People not wanting to order in-house services for fear of contracting the coronavirus from the service personnel attending to their house/office/venues etc.

4. To minimize time and resources for allotting required services, which are in high-demand.



So, we came up with Queue Central - a solution that can address the above problems in a simpler but innovative method for hassle free bookings on various services. Knowing that there are existing competitors already we have clarified our niches as listed below to have our uniqueness -
