Enter your repair estimate of what you think it will cost you to repair the property, and the calculator will let you know how much profit potential there is in the fix and flip. The Rehab Property Calculator will display your Total Cost, Gross Profit, Net Profit, Return on Total Cost, Total Cash Investment, and Return on Cash Investment. When complete the results can be emailed to the email address of your choice. This calculator gives you the ability to compare different potential fix and flip properties and the potential profit in each deal in order to analyze and compare different fix and flip projects.
