Above all, we understand how challenging and limiting it can feel to have these diagnoses, and therefore offer tips that give new energy. Not least by lifting others in a similar situation who offer their experiences.

Allergia was already started in 1956 by the Asthma and Allergy Association and is issued to all members. Become a member too, and you will receive the magazine in both paper and digital format.
The magazine comes out with five issues per year.
