Description

We have created an app to conduct physical inventory on retail stores. The app uses an external Bluetooth scanner and an optional Bluetooth keypad. If the inventory is conducted by one person, the scanning app produces a file that later can be converted to an appropriate format.
But generally the inventory is taken by using multiple auditors/counters. When you have few auditors, you need to combine multiple files to produce one single report and/or file.
The Scanned Retail Inventory Processing allows you to combine those file and process them.
This allows you to import CSV, TSV, JSON formatted files as item master.
To process you can include JSON, and TXT files.
Once the inventory files are processed, you can export them to JSON/CSV format. You can choose detailed or summarized option.
The app has the following screens:
Home - Shows the files available for processing
Settings - Settings to expand short(8 digits) UPC to 12 digits UPC and convert packs to single.
Item Master - Shows the list of items that were loaded as item master
Import/Export allows you to import different files as item master and produces a final file in either CSV or JSON format
Pack to Single - Shows the list of items that have been set as pack to single
Compare - Allows for different comparisons. If quantity is available in the item master, it can be used to compare to your count. The store owner/personnel can also count different sections to compare agains your count(auditing)
Total - Breaks down different totals
Delete - Allows you to delete current inventory.
