POLI DISTILLERIE
Poli is an artisan distillery founded in 1898 in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, in the heart of Veneto, the most renowned region for the production of Grappa.
To get the best result from every raw material, the Poli family uses three different distillation methods: a flowing steam pot-still, a traditional bain-marie pot-still and a vacuum bain-marie pot-still.
The Poli Grappas, spirits and liqueurs have a recognizable style, featured by a refined balance of character and elegance.
