• With Device Support you can securely back up and restore photos, videos, music, documents, and contacts. Device Support provides a solution for syncing, storing, backing up, and restoring content.

Note: All files access permission in Device Support is crucial for performing this core functionality. Also, this permission is handled per Google's Permission Policy.

With 100GB of cloud storage, tap to chat live technical support, backup with bank-level encryption, locate/lock/wipe functionality and regular health checks to optimise your device, it’s like having your own technical genius running device checkups and providing technical support for your mobile device. It also uses simple, everyday language you can follow – rather than technical jargon.

Using Device Support, you can also:

This app uses the Device Administrator permission.

This app uses the Accessibility permission (AccessibilityService API) in the Web Shield feature that protects you from threats on the web by alerting you when you visit a malicious web site. Personal or sensitive data is not collected or stored.
