Description

DPE3CL is an application intended for landlords who wish to assess the energy and climate performance of a dwelling, and study the effect of any improvement works. In summary, it is intended for owners of thermal colanders who risk being prohibited from renting.
It makes it possible to enter all the thermal characteristics of the dwelling, and in particular the heat-loss walls, openings, thermal bridges, as well as the heating, cooling, ventilation and domestic hot water production systems.
On these bases, the application calculates the primary energy consumption and the carbon production per m², and awards the corresponding grades between A and G.
The user can then consider insulation or heating improvements and know the effect of these improvements.
This application does not replace the diagnosis carried out by a certified professional. It is not guaranteed free of any calculation error.
