You and your team are faced with many complex tasks and you disagree about how the complexities of these tasks relate to each other?

Using the OFIGO Planning Poker app, the team has the opportunity to playfully appreciate and consensus on whether one task is more or less complex than another. This will provide a common understanding of the complexities on the one hand about the individual tasks themselves and on the other hand on the relationship of all tasks to each other.

For each task, the team members spend their assessments in the form of a number from the deck of the Planning Poker cards. The numbers on the cards reflect the estimated complexity. If each team member has chosen a card, they are revealed at the same time. If the estimates are far apart after the cards have been uncovered, the team discusses the different results and then estimates them again. This process is repeated until the team commits to an estimate.
