PlanningAlerts.ie keeps you up to date on planning activity in the local area. Sign up, sit back and wait for notifications from Ireland's only dedicated planning information service. No more searching newspaper lists or finding out when it is too late. Alerts are issued every Wednesday morning.

Each week we will check for new planning applications in your local area. If any new planning activity is detected in your local area then we will send you a notification or email. You can always decide on the type of alerts you receive. You can opt for all status updates or to only get certain statuses, such as new applications, decisions, further information, appeals, withdrawn applications and commencement notices.

Planning Data is published as "open data" by Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government and is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License. This means that PlanningAlerts.ie can reuse this data for the purpose of the PlanningAlerts.ie app. Please note that this app doesn’t represent a government entity, and is reliant on data made available openly by Irish local authorities via https://data.gov.ie.
