Description

Physio SET app is an application aimed at physiotherapists to help prescribe therapeutic exercise in patients with shoulder pathology.
The application proposes a guided exploration of the scapulo-humeral kinematics (static and dynamic) and based on this exploration, it proposes the most indicated exercise program for each patient, according to current scientific evidence.

The physiotherapist may modify the treatment suggested by the application, adding and / or eliminating exercises and controlling the dosage (series, repetitions and resistance) according to their criteria.

Once the program is established, the exercises are visualized using videos with simple indications and corrections of the most common errors. The professional can send his exercise program to the patient so he can view it on his own mobile device.

In addition, the physiotherapist will have a record of their patients and treatments, along with data on their clinical evolution.
