The Pet Loss app is a free comprehensive mobile resource for people who are grieving the loss of their pets.

Pets are family and loyal constant companions for most people, and close to 70% of USA Homes have a pet.

The loss of a pet is felt deeply by most pet owners, and losing a pet can be as painful as losing a member of our family.

The objective of the features in this app are to provide support to grieving pet owners with information, education and resources by the type of pet loss they experienced - From dogs, cats, birds, fish, small animals, reptiles, horses to other livestock.

1. Pets are Family - In this section of the app, users are provided with information on the massive numbers that pet owners now make up; along with the research on the potential impact of loosing a pet can have on owners and their families.

2. DIRECTORY of "Pet Loss - Virtual Grief Support Groups, HelpLines, Chat Spaces & Online Communities" per type of loss experienced. App users are provided with the latest and most comprehensive directory of virtual grief support groups available to pet owners grieving their pets.

3. DOGS - This feature focuses on information, latest articles/research and video stories to help pet owners who have lost their canine companions,

4. CATS - This feature focuses on information, latest articles/research and video stories to help pet owners who have lost their feline companions,
