PerDiemz is an app-based nurse staffing network designed to bridge the hiring gap between nurses, hospitals and healthcare facilities.

We are currently focused around New York and Connecticut with plans to spread our reach across the USA gradually. The goal of the app is to help nurses find the right job at right pay as per their schedule.

1) Apply Easily

Nurses can explore the list of open positions as per their preferences from the app and apply as per their schedule

2) Real-time check-in/out

Nurses can directly check-in/out from the app itself which makes it easy for the facilities to handle attendance.

3) Calendar View

Nurses can check their assigned schedule from this section and plan their day well in advance.

4) Review Earnings

Nurses can view their earnings per day/per facility/total earnings to analyze their payout.

5) Refer & Earn

Registered nurses are incentivised when they refer other qualified professionals thus benefiting the facility as well.

6) Display preferred shifts

Nurses can mark their preferences and they are shown the open shifts inside the app based on those preferences. This makes it easy for them to decide which shift to apply for.
