IT Assistant is an internal application for Petroleos Mexicanos, which aims to provide users of IT services reporting failures or requesting new services quickly, easily and from anywhere, via your Smartphone.
 
Update your profile in the application as often as you require to support specialists can contact you and locate precisely where the service provide.
 
Some of the services you can report through the app are unlocked and password change SAP accounts, configuration and fault extension telephone, physical failure of PC, configuration and fault email, fails trunked radio, systems failure institutional and SIIC, withvol, Commercial Portal, SIP, reset domain password in case you forgot.
 
Also, you can check the status of your requests made and apply filters to view only those that are open, closed, canceled or all.
 
At the end of care each application can evaluate the quality of our service through a simple survey, you can also tell us if you agree that we close your report or give us your suggestions for improvement.
 
Timely notified of events related to the availability of IT services through the "Messages" option.
 
Learning you do not need another username and password, as you connect using the keys with you accesas to your PC.
