Here are the details of services that customers can obtain through Pegadaian agents:
Pawn (Gadai)
Minimum Tenor: 30 days
Maximum Tenor: 36 months (can be extended/redeemed at any time)
Minimum Service Fee (interest): 0.95% per 15 days
Maximum Service Fee (interest): 1.2% per 15 days
Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR) : 28.8% per year
Minimum Loan Amount: Rp50,000
Maximum Loan Amount: Rp500,000,000

Loan Amount: Rp5,000,000
Service Fee: 1.2% per 15 days
1.2% × Rp5,000,000 = Rp60,000 (per 15 days)
Total Service Fee:
(Duration / 15 days) × Service Fee
(120 / 15) × 1.2% = 9.6%
Rp5,000,000 × 9.6% = Rp480,000
Total Repayment:
Loan Amount + Total Service Fee
Rp5,000,000 + Rp480,000 = Rp5,480,000

Minimum Tenor: 3 months
