Description

Pravasi Bharatiya Sahayata Kendra i.e. PBSK Dubai is a welfare initiative of the Government of India to provide support to around 3.4 million Indian Expatriates in need in the UAE.

"Videsh mein aapka dost, Bhartiya Dutawas".

PBSK Dubai receives, registers, and monitor grievances of Indian citizens and provides all necessary support and assistance.

It also provides legal, financial and personal counseling through impaneled experts in respective fields. Under this initiative, a 24 X 7 toll-free helpline number 800 46342 is managed by PBSK Dubai which handles around 100 calls by Indian nationals in five Indian languages.

The launch of this mobile application is yet another platform to connect with the Indian Diaspora and provide assistance.

The three main objectives of this mobile app are:
1.Consolidate Various Modes of Communication to PBSK into an app with built-in features
2. Enhance Engagement with Indian Indian Diaspora manyfold with ease of access.
3. Provides Updated Information at the Fingertip of USER and Spreads Awareness

This app allows you

- Register grievance and send necessary documents directly to PBSK through touch of mobile buttons
- Book counseling session at PBSK center directly from the mobile application
- Call toll free helpline number
- Whatsapp chat with dedicated PBSK chat representative and share your grievance
- One can know various information about other services provided by the Embassy/Consulate - Passport, Visa, Marriages, Death Registration
- Indians willing to come to work in the UAE, they can verify genuineness of the job offers they have received from UAE company, directly from this mobile application.
