Description

Poker Stats is a free tool to calculate Texas Hold 'em odds for various poker ranks.

The app features comprehensive hand breakdowns, showing the probability that any specific hand will be achieved once all cards are dealt. Odds are calculated for both a player with known cards, and for an opponent with unknown cards. This allows you to easily judge the strength of a hand at any stage of the game, against an opponent with two random cards.

All calculations are achieved through complex algorithms instead of simulations. This allows the app to find the exact number of combinations for each hand as opposed to an approximate. The number of combinations for a particular hand represent the number of ways to deal the remaining cards, which result in that hand being achieved at the end of the game.

• Comprehensive hand breakdowns: the odds and exact combinations of each completed hand are shown. Breakdowns extend beyond just poker ranks, and split into individual hands. e.g. Straight splits off into 'A-2-3-4-5', '2-3-4-5-6', '3-4-5-6-7'...etc.

• Algorithms used instead of simulations: yields exact results that do not change after repeat calculations. Also requires less memory and solves faster (in most circumstances)
