Our Module features all necessary lands matters from ownership, transfers, charges, encumbrances, related transactional verification procedures and or caution. We undertake to source the respective land profiles as in historical facts , and current statuses. This enables either the buyer or the seller to have a credible base to proceed with the intended transaction after the authenticity of land ownership is verified by our system.

Our Module, running under the flagship of Hati Miliki facilitates due diligence, restraining issues affecting properties therefore curbing cases of fraud, double registration from double allocation and more so authentication of land deals.

Across the board, Our Database will never be an authority over the prevailing National and County Government but a reliable supplement to the existing manual and digitalized systems. As stated above , our intervention is to ensure that all lands are safe to transact and we achieve this by collaborating and cooperating with all relevant authorities in the land system so as to ascertain the authenticity of land ownership.
