If you are wanting to get a strong fit body and gain BOSS muscle, in only 15 minutes per day, BICEP BOSS is for you. The biggest problem is making TIME and each day's workout is only 15 minutes. That is my FLEX15 METHOD. You bring the 15 minutes and I'll bring the kick a** workout, all in the convenience of your own home OR the gym. My name is Kim Bergey and I am a 4X Certified Fitness Trainer and It's been my life's work, learning about and working on a body that is built for excellence in health, strength, muscle development and strong mindset. I have helped others achieve the same, increasing strength, muscle mass, endurance and flexibility all while inspiring discipline and a healthy diet. It is my deep desire and passion to help YOU live life strong. With my 25+ years of professional fitness training, I have learned to meet you right where you are, then we grow from there...no matter your age or situation. This entire App is progressively structured from building foundational strength to building BOSS muscle! Through my career, I've helped busy moms lose weight and get fit again, men re-gain muscle and strength lost due to life's stressors, kids build strength and feel confident in life, young athletes build endurance and strength to excel in their sport and elderly get stronger and more capable. I spent 13 successful years coaching mid/high school athletes in the highly competitive sport of wrestling, helping them develop mental discipline, physical strength and flexibility which produced individual success and state winning teams. As a Specialist in Performance Nutrition, I coach healthy eating for optimal performance that supports fat loss, muscle gain and strength.
BICEP BOSS includes:
*BOSS BODYWEIGHT PROGRAM- This plan is a bodyweight workout program you can do at home, that is challenging and progressive. Perfect for beginners building foundational strength, safely. Bonus post workout stretching routines included.
*BOSS WEIGHT TRAINING PROGRAM- This progressive, weight training program, will help you gain BOSS muscle and strength. They are 12 week, 3 day split, lifting programs. Muscle activation warm-up & post workout stretching routines are included along each days workout. Free weights and a bench needed or gym access.
