EILM Dairy Plant Ops App is used for all processes related to Receiving Bulk Tankers, Undertaking automated Weigh Bridge measurement, Opening of Padlock Covers using various interlock conditions such that only approved consignments can be decanted for production use. This results is minimization or elimination of any human related errors. The App has role and privilege based workflows based on user’s key responsibility areas and roles. Using the power of Bluetooth, Serial and IP based protocols and connections you use the app for customized monitoring, control and reporting of various instrumentation devices which include but not limited to reading data directly or indirectly from Level transmitters, Pressure transmitters, Flow Transmitters, Temperature transmitters, Controlling Valves, Motors, Capturing data from Lab Instruments e.g. Fat and SNF Analyzers, to controlling Keyless Padlocks, to processing payments and tracking of vehicles & shipments amongst others.
