Oto offers a self-guided audio program, practical education and helpful techniques for people who experience tinnitus (ringing in the ears).

It’s designed to support everyday wellbeing and routines.

What you’ll get
• Short audio sessions (about 5–10 minutes) you can use any time
• A simple skill of the day to practice
• Optional reminders to keep a daily habit
• Space for private notes and light streaks/progress

2. Use brief, guided audio sessions each day
3. Reflect on what helps and build steady routines

Your provider will create you an account and work with you to pick a few skills to try.
You can agree which skills to explore together.
