Description

This App was created to help people of all ages understand the great literary works in Sanskrit left by our forefathers.

Many, many ślokas on various gods and other subjects are available in our culture but we do not know or understand most of them. Even though many of us want to learn and understand them, the difficulty of learning them stands in the way.

In order to solve this problem, we have simplified the process - One śloka a day! Just 3 to 5 minutes a day will help you slowly and surely over time understand one by one, the great literary works left by our ancestors.

Our panel of Sanskrit scholars will explain the meaning of these ślokas in a simple way to enable you to understand and appreciate these ślokas. To make the process even easier, we are bringing these explanations in 6 languages, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam and English. You can pick the language of your choice to help you maximize the easy understanding of these ślokas. We are starting with Tamil Hindi and English and slowly add other languages over a period of time.

Every day, one śloka will be sent to you through the app and you can spend just 5 minutes to listen and understand. Those who want to go further can go into the app and listen to more than the one śloka that we are sending you. It is up to you. You can also mark your favorite ślokas and download the explanations that you find very interesting.

In the process, you will also slowly but surely, start understanding Sanskrit, the vehicle for these great works. Those among you who want to go further and learn Sanskrit in a more serious manner can join one of our 4 levels of online courses. Links are provided in the app and you can just click on it to register and start learning from our team of experts.
