Description

The customer and/or contact person undertakes to be present at the addresses indicated in advance in the order, for the collection or drop-off of the clothing. Any modification may be taken into account within a period not exceeding 3 hours before collection or delivery, for logistical purposes. In the event of absence, WFC cannot be held responsible. The customer will be required to collect their belongings themselves from a dry cleaning service agency indicated to them. Each garment is accepted subject to inspection of the garment upon arrival at the processing center. Any item likely to withstand treatment poorly, or not detachable, may be refused or accepted without warranty, with the customer's acceptance.
