openJII

Description

openJII was created to support open, collaborative research in photosynthesis. Initiated by the Jan IngenHousz Institute, Wageningen University, and Michigan State University, the platform aims to help researchers share, integrate, and interpret complex, large-scale datasets—ultimately uncovering genetic linkages that shape photosynthesis.

It fully supports MultispeQ measurements and is designed to integrate new sensors and upcoming features as the platform evolves.

openJII is currently in beta: the fundaments are in place, but many more tools, features, and refinements will be released soon. We welcome your feedback as we continue building the platform together with the community.
