AVAdin Family

Description

The AVAdin Family app is for public user families / care providers.
A Customer Service Code is required to use this app - the same code used for the AVAdin Friends app.

Once paired with the AVAdin Friends app, a family / care provider can remotely monitor a senior user of AVAdin Friends.

Stay connected with various functions such as:
- Daily Report: On one screen view an AVAdin Friends user's latest activities, number of responses per day, history of emergency calls, dementia prevention quiz rate, response rate to chatbot conversation, emotions statistics from conversation, and history of real-time activities with ease.
- Video Call: Talk face to face despite a smart phone's software, iOS or Androids.
- Schedule: Enter scheduled events and itineraries for an AVAdin Friends user that will alert him or her.
- Activity Alarm: Manage bed time and meal time alarms for a senior user.
- Medication Alarm: Set and edit medication alarms for a senior user as well.
- Notifications: From emergencies to whether an AVAdin Friends user has taken his or her medication on time, notifications from AVAdin Friends will be sent to AVAdin Family.

Pursuant to Article 22-2 of the Information and Communication Network Use Promotion, Information Protection, etc. Act, we obtain consent from users for 'App Access Rights' for the following purposes:
This app has essential access to only essential items in the service, and the contents are as follows.

- Storage space (photo/media/file): Read or save albums when registering face pictures
- Camera: Registration of senior photos and video call
- Microphone: Related to video calls
- Phone: Switch voice calls in case of video call failure
