Rent&Pass provides simplicity, comfort and security, both for the tenant and for the guest, with on-line management via PC or mobile.
The Rent&Pass system allows you to manage access permits to the home in periods adjusted to the rent contracted. In the same way, if when the guest leaves a cleaning or maintenance service must enter to condition the house, the owner can grant permits for a certain time slot to the person who performs the task.
ELECTRONIC KEY
Sending electronic keys via APP anywhere and at any time.

Security and control without displacement
As the owner, the Rent&Pass system allows you to send the guest electronic keys and codes to access the home, open the gate, access the garage and any other area that can be controlled with a wall access control. You can cancel and delete the keys and codes at any time from your administrator platform.
FOR THE CUSTOMER:
1.- Confirmed Reservation
Receive the Key and Code on your Smartphone
2.- Stay
You can open the portal and the apartment with a Code or with your Smartphone
3.- End of stay
Your Key and your Code expire on the date and time stipulated in your rental conditions
Simple processes, satisfied customers
No matter the expected arrival time or unexpected delays, before leaving home the client already has the access key for both the portal and the home. With the APP the client accesses with his smartphone and enjoys a comfortable and simple experience. To avoid possible battery or coverage inconveniences, Rent&Pass allows opening by pin code, which the customer receives at the same time as the key.
