Move & Relax is scientifically based, individual, sustainable and, above all, very easy to integrate into everyday life.

The app is intended to animate you to move around every day and the exercises learned on vacation are digitally available for you to use at home.

With the Move of the Day there are simple exercises with your own body weight without equipment. The focus here is on strengthening the entire musculoskeletal system and mobilization and mobility for healthy joints.

In the trainings you will find specific training focuses that are always tailored to the functionality of the body.

Under the RELAX subfolder you can digitally register for your massages, cosmetic treatments or wellness treatments and communicate with the team in the respective house.

Your data or your registrations are visible in the profile and you can plan and adapt your vacation perfectly.
