Description

After signing up as a business member on NHN Cloud and completing the customer center configuration, you're done.

Download the customer service app and log in with your designated customer ID/password.

※ Required Access Permissions
Audio: Audio access required for call functionality.
Phone: Access to phone functionality required for call functionality.
Nearby Devices: Required for Bluetooth connection.
Notifications: Required to display background operation while the app is running.

1. IVR / ARS
Real-time IVR configuration is possible. Create your own greetings, holiday messages, and other messages to deliver to customers.
You can set and change your preferred times and days of the week, such as working hours, lunch hours, and holidays, in real time.

2. Add/Delete Agents
Assign agents according to your service needs. You can flexibly change agent licenses once per day.

3. Recording Service
A free recording service is provided for quality control of consumer disputes.
Recordings can be stored for as long as necessary to protect your rights to provide consultations and services.

4. Callback Service
If you're out of office hours or temporarily unavailable to answer customer inquiries, try setting up a callback service.
You'll be one step closer to customer satisfaction without missing any calls.

5. Monitoring/Statistics
The customer waiting screen allows you to quickly check incoming and outgoing calls.
You can instantly check real-time status, including customer waiting, incoming calls, and consultation processing.

Various statistics are provided, including hourly, daily, weekly, and yearly statistics, including call processing and consultation processing.

6. Management
The Admin page allows you to change and apply customer center configurations in real time.
You can check agent status remotely, making productivity management easier.
