Description

A ground breaking innovation and the first of its kind in South Africa, the New G app will revolutionize the job placement industry in South Africa. This much need-ed change is brought about by the rise in the unemployment rate of our youth, with a particular focus on college and university graduates.

While strides are being made to curb unemployment, many have sought to take ad-vantage of the situation and invented job placement sites with falsified information, thus breeding fraud, extortion, and in extreme cases, lives were lost due to appli-cations using bogus websites to apply for placements. It is this injustice that created a need for a legitimate app where employers will be screened before their vacancies are posted, applicants' qualifications verified, and personalized job placements se-cured through the App.

This will not only cut costs for employers, but will ensure maximum efficiency and increase the likelihood of employers attracting the most appropriate appli-cants.Graduates will also receive vacancies most appropriate to their qualifications, this reducing the frustration of filtering through sites and pages looking for their ca-reer field of choice.
