Gridway SOL is the new application for CAFC users with which you can manage your services wherever and whenever you want, free of charge and independently.
After downloading the application on your phone or tablet, log in with the credentials of the Online Desk. If you are not yet registered at the Online Desk, you can do so on the website https://gridway-sol.netribegroup.com/cafc/ or via the App.
Simple and intuitive, Gridway SOL allows you to access the services and features that interest you by simply clicking on the icons.

Main features of Gridway SOL:

- Supplies and requests: to view the data of your supplies, digitally activate new practices, request assistance and information
- Invoices: to have an archive of bills available and to know their status
- Your practices: to follow the status of your requests made through website, app, counter and call center
- Readings and consumption: to view the trend of your consumption, consult the history of your meter readings and perform self-reading
- Web bill: to receive your bill digitally by eliminating the paper copy, making an ecological choice

This and much more, to manage and verify your supply and your contract, interacting directly with CAFC.
