Nayo: Book a ride

"Nayo is a platform that aggregates Taxis, private Cars - registered as transportation freelancer and Motor-bikes in all Major cities in Cameroon, for the purpose of easing transportation and making it affordable and secure for riders. We are an Uber-like company with an additional feature that includes yellow cabs (with and without shared-rides options) and Motor-bikes. We offer our customers safe rides at comparably low cost to counter the conventional strenuous and time-consuming roadside cab hailing option. Our customers do not have to leave their homes to walk quite a distance to find a means of transportation as usual. Due to the prevalent insecurity concerns in Major cities in Africa, Cameroon is no different and through the Nayo platform, customers are guaranteed to commute safer. You know your Driver or Motorbike rider before they arrive to pick you up, we know through our systems the route the Driver/rider took to for the drop-off. The Nayo App is very simply to use.
1. Download and install the Nayo App on your android or iOS device.
2. Sign up in just a few steps by filling the form or register using your google or facebook account.
3. Log into the Nayo App on your Device.
4. Type your destination in the ""Where to"" Section.
5. Select your choice of Payment.
6. Select the type of vehicle you would like at the bottom of the screen.
7. Tap “request” and then confirm the pickup location
8. Wait for your request to be accepted by a driver and check the estimated time of arrival
9. Just wait for your driver to arrive. 10. You can check their location on the in-app map and you will be notified when they are close to the pickup location."
