MyWater Rider Application is a billing, payment collection, and management app that will be used by MyWater Billing Collection Riders to keep track of their day-to-day tasks. The application is fully integrated with the MyWater CRM and will enable recovery riders to;
- View the latest pending payments integrated from the MyWater Customer Ledger.
- Streamline your payment collection process with the convenience of a mobile app.
- Update payment status and collection feedback from customers by riders.
- View the payment history of the customers with pending bills.
- Share ledger and bills with customers.
- Request customer support to call the customer if the customer raises any concerns.
- Add remarks for each billing recovery visit.
