As a member with voting rights, your organization will provide you with an access code to participate on the day of the AGM.
As a proxy holder, you are aware that the voting starts once the AGM has quorum.
You are notified in real-time when the AGM voting begins, & you can cast your vote using the apps. Your responses are recorded & shared with the AGM chair in real-time.
The Election of directors is facilitated via the AGM app. The AGM eVoting app generates real-time results for all motions received during the AGM & election of internal & external candidates.
