Bear Steel Strength Clinic (BSSC) is dedicated to people with a heart for serving and providing for others. Between Fire and EMS, Police work, medical care, or just trying to take care of loved ones, so many people are hurting, exhausted and getting injured taking care of others. The goal of BSSC is to make these jobs and callings easier and to empower those who are working them. Strength is behind every task we perform. How strong you are will impact the level at which we perform any task and how resilient we are against injury. You don't need to be a power lifter, but increasing your strength, creating good habits and maybe even a love for training and self improvement can greatly impact the level at which someone performs day to day.
Finding time that lines up with your schedule and a coaches schedule can be hard. With BSSC you can train at your gym, on your time. You will receive in depth form coaching on your lifts and effective programing that meets you where you are so all you have to do is follow the program and we take out the guess work.
