Description

This is a mobile health application dedicated for the Filipino lay-people that allows users to track their vaccination records and provides educational information about vaccines and immunization.

Users can create multiple profiles within the application so that they can keep track of immunization records of their family members. Users are asked to input basic information (e.g. age, sex) as well as relevant health information (e.g. previous immunization records) in order to create a profile. Based on the information stored in each profile, the application will generate individualized vaccine recommendations and vaccination schedule.

Information on the general principle of vaccination, individual vaccines, as well as FAQs and vaccine myths based on WHO and DOH references can be accessed in this app.
