Description

This application has an integrated reader for the book Lafay Method 2a: Access Autonomy, and thus allows you to do your sessions by easily juggling between the virtual notebook and the book.

All your sessions are recorded, you have a timer to manage your rest times and videos of the exercises.

The application is updated regularly based on user requests :)
