MyMTN allows MTN Cameroon subscribers to easily manage their MTN accounts (numbers) and access various MTN products and services. With MyMTN you can, in one click and without dialling a code:
• Check your balances: airtime and bundles (Voice, Internet, SMS, and Combo)
• Buy your preferred bundles (Voice, Internet, SMS and Combo)
• Check your account history (Calls, Internet, SMS, Subscriptions, Refills, Transfers, etc.)
• Contact MTN customer service and submit your queries and complaints from your home
• Locate the MTN agencies closest to you

To use MyMTN, you must activate your mobile data.
Using MyMTN does not consume your Internet bundle or airtime. It's completely free on the MTN network.
