Our MOLO mobile app provides drivers (agents) with a seamless delivery experience using route optimisation, mapping, geo-location, earnings and reporting for all their deliveries.
Creating efficiencies saves the drivers time and money and allows them to deliver more goods per day for multiple clients at the same location if required.
Gone are the days of delivering twice too one street or having to find the customers addresses. Our technology updates the customers addresses to make the next time delivery easier and to the
point!
There is no additional cost to the client or driver as the MOLO App and mobile is FREE whilst using the app!
Each delivery is geo-located as Proof of Delivery (POD's) and clients have full visibility of all their orders on their client portal.
Distribution agencies now have full visibility of all their drivers, routing, deliveries and PODs in real-time.
Our client portals show the exact location of all the drivers at any given time. They also have the ability to monitor their driver's productivity through dashboard reporting via Alerts, KPI's, SLA's
and Ave Delivery Times.
The customers are alerted via SMS when the item has been delivered.
This is a great alternative to the conventional post office delivery/ collection where there is no visibility of any orders and is a lot more cost effective than a traditional courier.
