This is a practical course-based app with hands on skills to help competitive

intelligent athlete?
Module 6: What is a champion mindset?
Guided session in positive mindset, mental attitude, positive self-talk and positive affirmations. And mental preparation for competition.
Module 7: Mental Toughness
How does mental fragility come in the way of attainment of desired results. How to develop mental toughness for sports?
Module 8: Visualization or Mental Imagery
It talks about how visualization contributes to better performance. This module
teaches the learners how to change unhelpful behaviors through Imagery. In this module the users can learn how to practice visualization or Imagery.
After the course the trainer will continue to support the learners through live video conferencing calls, email communication and webinars. Learners will be a part of a community, wherein they can clarify doubts and participate in discussions.

Mr. M. N. Viswanath was a former club cricketer. He is a counsellor and sports
mental conditioning coach. Besides this, the trainer is an author, blogger and
podcaster. He is the author of a bestselling book `success mantra in sports.' He
