Description
Meditation on the Word, which God gives us daily in the Liturgy, helps us to understand the task that the Lord asks of us for each specific day. By putting into practice what he asks of us, we make the proclaimed Gospel come true. Just as the Word became flesh for our salvation, we too make the Gospel we have heard become "flesh".
This APP is intended as a guide to implement the Word of God given to us during the forty days of Lent.
The APP is divided into 3 sections:
GOSPEL MEDITATIONS OF THE DAY (the text of the Gospel of the day, a reflection on the most important ideas that emerge from it, the personal purpose of the day: a small gesture that will help us to implement the meditated Word of the Gospel).
VIA CRUCIS (5 different schemes to pray the Via Crucis for personal or community prayer)
PRAYERS (the 15 and 7 prayers of Saint Bridget, prayer for fasting, prayer to Jesus Crucified)
The APP will be updated with the specific readings of the Lenten season of the current year.
