The application provides additional value to its customer with an intuitive experience that offers a compelling blend of spectacular vehicle images, detailed information and services offered.
The content within the application allows the customer to discover the highlights within all vehicles and broaden their knowledge.
The application provides our valued customers with the opportunity to book a service online (Service Center Visit or a Mobile Service Request).
Customers can also place a ‘Call Back Request’ wherein our call centre agent will call them back on their preferred time. In addition to providing a ‘Real-Time Chat’ option with our customer care, and the option to request an emergency call back for Road Assist.
