Description

Mayer & Cie. (MCT) is one of the world's leading manufacturers of circular knitting machines. The company offers mechanical and electronic single jersey and double jersey machines, including special machines for jacquard, interlock, rib, double rib, plain and fine gauge single jersey and many other knits. Fabrics knitted on Mayer & Cie. machines are the basis for home textiles, sportswear, nightwear and swimwear, seat covers and underwear through to technical textiles.

Control 5.0 is the new machine control system for Mayer & Cie. circular knitting machines.

With Control 5.0, users can access all functions of the circular knitting machine remotely, for example via a mobile device such as a tablet. At the same time, the machine has at least one Smart Knob at the machine foot, from which the functions required to operate the machine can be called up. This allows different privileges to be set for different users.

Control 5.0 is used as standard on Mayer & Cie. circular knitting machines built from 2024 onwards. Machines built from 2001 onwards can be equipped with Control 5.0 by means of an upgrade kit. More information at [email protected].
