OTS Binaural Workout is a compact therapeutic method for ASD/ADHD community, created for people like me.

Instructions:
Put the headphones on the ears properly (check the left and right channel, adjust the volume to 50%) and play it now: only 5 minutes per session.

*The method created and optimized for autistic people (diagnosed and not). Probably, if you are a neuroTYPICAL person that method will NOT work for you, or it will like a placebo. OTS stands for 'On The Spectrum'.
