Description

NetFact Mobile is a business management application to manage the business activities of a company, namely purchase, sale, stock management, customer/supplier management, invoicing, production, etc.
The application is cross-platform (mobile, windows, web, and Linux) that works on local or remote networks or in the cloud. NetFact Mobile offers interfaces dedicated to various commercial activities, i.e. convenience stores, restaurants, etc.
● Articles:
Articles are the products marketed by the company. An article is identified
by its attributes, namely: reference, designation, price, units of measurement,
composition, etc. Articles are divided into families. The families are declared
in tree form.
The user will have access to all the operations of inserting new articles, and
modifying existing articles.
● Tiers:
Third parties are all actors in the commercial life of the company that are not
part of the articles. The third parties are divided into categories that group
together all the classes of objects handled by the company. Among the
basic categories that one can have in commercial management, one can
quote: the customers, the suppliers, the deposits, the representatives, and
the personnel (which can be divided into cashiers, managers, technicians,
executives, etc. .).
● List of purchase, sale, and stock parts:
The documents relating to a purchase transaction are of one of the following
types:
- Receipt
- Invoice
- Purchase credit
- Ordered
The documents relating to a sales transaction are of one of the following
types:
- Delivery form
- sales receipt
- Quote or pro forma
● Reports
Three types of objects, which are the basic accounts of any management
commercial, can be tracked with logs: articles, third parties
(customers and suppliers) and the cash (bank) accounts. Each of these
objects can be detailed in the corresponding "form" state. The list of all
elements of the object is detailed in the corresponding "follow-up" report.
