So why Inner Strengths? This app reorients the way you look at yourself. Have you noticed that what you put your attention or energy on – grows! So why not put it on your own inner strengths rather that what does not work for you. Experiment and experience it yourself.

How does it work? You pick inner strengths cards for a context in your mind. The cards then reveal a clue or insight. It is an inner strength that can help you with the specific context or situation.

Three things that make it work in our experience (1) Faith in oneself and the cards to provide a clue (2) Having an earnest question or context for which you really want a clue or seek a breakthrough (3) Trusting your intuition through card/s you picked and reflecting on how that resource will help you.

Some features: The app helps you pick cards, add some inner strengths to your favourites, set up reminders where the inner strength card you picked can pop up as a reminder. You can pick many cards for a single question, or many times in the day. Make a connection to the cards and you will find your own rhythm with using these cards.
