The history of the restaurant dates back to September 16, 2016. The establishment was opened by businessman Yuri Levitas together with Timati, Pavel Kuryanov and Walter. The partners visited thousands of burger shops around the world, tried to take into account the mistakes and learn from the positive experience of each of them, and to translate all the accumulated experience into a restaurant, which resulted in a new wave of the burger revolution called Black Star Burger.

ABOUT BURGERS
The burger revolution in Russia took place a long time ago. It would seem that one would think that the train had left, but Black Star Burger managed to jump into the last car of the departing train, change its direction and become a locomotive. We cook burgers because, contrary to popular belief, burgers are not junk food, they are a complex sandwich that can be usefully satiated with fewer calories than, for example, a set meal.
