Interview Analyst is a productivity app to help you manage interviews for multiple profiles. Interview Analyst will manage scores, results, candidate comparisons for various profiles like Developer, Accountant etc. This is done based on the competencies given in each profile. We can put importance % against each competency of a profile to calculate exact final score of a candidate. Results can be seen as a chart or can be easily emailed as an Excel sheet or pdf to your manager.
You can also add question bank against each profile to make it easy for the interviewer to conduct interviews and give marks.
