Description

LR-Sel streamlines the process of selecting between competing bidders in a selection or procurement process. The online realtime scoring process cuts down selection team meetings, avoids multiple copies of spreadsheets being passed around between the team, allows additional experts to be brought in to score on specialist areas and allows team principles to quickly identify outlier opinions. Finally, a record is kept of the decision making process that can be examined after the decision has been made. This ensures that the winning bidder can be held to commitments they have made in the bidding process and will inform further future procurement exercises.
